What was the highlight of Hotel Fiesta Inn Playa del Carmen
Very Good
Modern clean rooms, lovely pool area and very friendly helpful staff.
Unfortunately quite noisy due to private parties at the rooftop bar and loud music from other bars nearby. Asked to move to a quieter room which I got. Would recommend second floor rooms at the back of the building. Rooftop bar is on 4th floor.

Wonderful
We love the staff, in particular, Xavier the doorman - he is so friendly & welcoming. But everyone else is nice, too - waitors in restaurant, front desk & cleaning staff.
So far this trip, all was good.

A good, value for money experience and hotel with great staff
Staff all very friendly, helpful and attentive, the roof top pools are excellent as is the gym. Room was good and spotlessly clean and with much needed AC. Xavier (Concierge) was really helpful.
We had a lovely experience here at this hotel so any points mentioned are minor and hopefully constructive. Shower head: many of the jets were blocked with lime scale. It’s a 5 minute job to rectify and they should be part of a regular cleaning/maintainence programme. Rooms at the front of the hotel are susceptible to noise from the bars and restaurants opposite. Something to be aware of. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
